Atikhama has wonderful outdoor entertainment facilities: A long veranda running the full length of the house with dining tables for sumptuous feasts and a conversation nook in the corner where one can take tea, read books, have a chatter or simply relax.

The outdoor 'Boma' which is open to the stars (of which there are many in the Karoo) was inspired by numerous safaris. It has a circular fireplace around which one can relax and share fireside stories, as well as a braai and dining table.

This is an ideal house for weekend get-aways and for exploring the Breede River Wine Lands. It's well suited for small groups of people such as wedding parties, seminar attendees and even film shoots. All you have to do is arrive. The rest can happen as you unwind!
